Dr Henry is such an amazing Dr, but the secretaries are not qualified at all. They didn’t even bother themselves to call and update me about changing my appointment, I’ve arrived and they were super surprised that I didn’t know that!! I don’t know what do they do all day long if they don’t have time to call people!!! Plus, they don’t even apologize for not doing their jobs!!!!!!!! So unprofessional!

My doctor is fantastic. I can get appointments easily through bonjour sante. The good part is you do not to Interact with secretaries except for when checking in for an appointment. They constantly look like they hate their job. No hello. No eye contact. It's okay though because they sit behind the wall so you don't have to see them. I have come here 15+ times and it's always the same. Dr Henry on the hand is warm and compassionate and caring. She is attentive. She gets a 5 star.

I’ve been following by DRE JACQUELINE HENRY EBEID she’s amazingfor 7 years never had any problem, the receptionist so respectful well organized.I don’t understand why those who wrote this comments.I’m a patient their for 7 years now . Highly recommendable.

Did first call today..most of all the receptionists are non professional. First one after asked all the question and kept me on hold for more than 15 min..Second one connected and asking same questions without allowing me to speak and while asking her name hang up..Third one also almost same but got chance to talk...First impression in the last impression..will see how it will go in future..

Terrible clinic, the doctor I had retired and no one said anything, when I called to make an appointment I was told that she had retired 3 months ago and I had seen her a month prior to her retiring without anyone saying meanything.The secretary who answered wasn’t any help, it seems like she didn’t want to work, telling me I had to go on the list even though they transferred me to a new doctor twice prior.

The worst possible service you can get from non-existing doctors...

Basically I was hit by a car a few years ago and still suffering every day of my life since. I am not getting the help and support needed to cope with this suffering as well as no support. Doctor won`t listen to me and just says that and I quote ( you are a liar). How am I to build a patient/doctor trust when she won`t listen to me 0 percent. I have also tried to explain that I had to go through surgery last month and she did not pay attention at all and disregarded what I had to say. Also doctor mumbles and I suspect might be raciest but that is just a hunch. I was also given 1 half of a scan paper document and when I went to the Jewish general to book an appointment they said I was missing the other half and that my doctor would have to fill it out with me. So I went back to her and she said I was A LIAR and that she gave it to me and mumbled something afterwards, did not help me with the paper in which she was to help me because I did not understand it. I really don`t know what happened to this clinique but it`s really have gone down hill to hire such people. I am filing a complaint so that in hopes she can do her job properly because when a patient for years is suffering you don`t just ignore them and keep a straight face when you go home. I really don`t like my new family doctor and the last one I had before her was just shoving my appointments for months at a time, felt like I am never getting the help I really need. I dream the day I can actually solve this problem but I never get the help.

Prob the worst clinic we ever had to deal with.Def avoid them.We had an eConsult with Dr. Samson Meriche, she prescribed meds, and the front desk was just incapable of sending it to our pharmacy. And when we called back, the receptionists either couldnt get their headsets to work, or just disappeared a for a good 20 min in the middle of the conversation, or in the end when we called back for the 15th time, she kept transferring us over and over again.

Been seeing Dr Henry for a couple of years now & I highly recommend. Efficient & friendly service. She is compassionate but no fuss. She gets to the root of the problem & helps you solve it quick. I'm able to get fast apointments & she listens. Go in prepared & come out with what you need.

The lowest i can give is 1 star they deserve 0 stars, Usually i'm an optimistic person and pleasant and most off my feedbacks are positive.They are unproffessional and they comminication rudly.I was trying to take an appointment for the last 3 months, they don't inform you about the whole process from the first time and then they will cancel the appointment without calling you and without appolgies, I called them to report the problem, the opperator did show any sympathy and she cut me off. what a shame. i don't recommend this clinic at all.
